Our gorgeous Grand Facile Ballroom has just over 4,200 square feet of private event space. The ballroom accommodates up to 325 people on round tables of 8 or up to 400 on banquet style tables. It has an elegant décor that includes sculpted ceilings and dramatic lighting. Our 520 square foot Heritage Conference Room is perfect for intimate receptions and can accommodate up to 40 guests!

Food and beverages are provided by our on-site catering services. Our food menu boasts a large array of options for all of our guests. We offer plated meals, buffets, carving stations, and hors d’oeuvres.

For larger parties, our full-size ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests. For smaller wedding parties, our ballroom can be divided into three separate spaces, depending upon your needs. We also offer a 520 square foot conference room that can accommodate up to 40 guests for a more intimate wedding event.
Our reception areas are adjustable to support large and small wedding parties.

Beautiful rooms and hotel! Awesome little water park which our ring bearers and flower girl took advantage of the morning after our wedding! So easy to work with and went out of their way to make things easy and special for us.
Absolutely Amazing Venue!!! If you are planning on having a large wedding or a wedding with a lot of family and kids this is the perfect place! It is a one stop shop! We had the Ceremony and Reception in the ballroom. The food was delicious, and the staff was awesome! The kids loved the waterpark/pool, and the parents loved watching them have fun (and burn off some energy) Many of our guests commented on how nice it was to have everything in one place. Add the fact that Rudy’s Red Eye Grill is attached to the venue, if you didn’t want to leave you didn’t have to. If you are looking for a family friendly, convenient, affordable but most of all FUN place to have a wedding that no-one will forget, this is the place!!!
Our Wedding we had on Saturday was a fairytale wedding of my dreams that came true 
The music , the food , the guests, our families and ones who couldn’t be there but are here spiritually it was an amazing wedding to have here. The servers and security we had were very helpful and did a great job taking care of us and the guests all night 
I give this a 5 star and if anyone is getting married soon and is looking for an affordable and an awesome vendor. Choose holiday Inn. There’s a pool , hot tub and nice rooms to relax at the end of the night !
The Holiday Inn Grand Facile Ballroom was a perfect venue for our wedding reception. The staff ensured every table has place settings and the napkins were folded perfectly. I was even more impressed when I arrived post ceremony to see the staff used left over flowers to decorate the cake table and cocktail tables. We had a blast at our reception and as a bride I knew I didn’t have to worry about the reception going off without a hitch. Thank you, Holiday Inn!
My Wife and I looked at a couple places in the area and ultimately choose the Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville. The service we got from their staff was great. Always friendly to deal with and made the process very easy. The day of the wedding everything was fantastic. We received so many complements on the food. Our menu was delicious. The atmosphere was euphoric that evening. The evening of music, dancing, and drinks was excellent. Couldn’t of been happier we went with Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville.
